Lead Clio's global mobility framework as a Global Mobility Lead, designing policies and providing seamless support for employee relocations. This role is hybrid, with office presence in key cities.
Clio is looking for a strategic Global Mobility Lead with 5–7+ years of experience in global mobility or immigration consulting. You will architect mobility policies, manage day-to-day immigration processes, and ensure compliance with global labor laws. Leveraging your extensive expertise, you will enhance the employee relocation experience and improve program efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement global mobility frameworks • Serve as the primary support for relocating employees • Oversee immigration filings and manage work permits • Maintain compliance with global labor laws and audits • Collaborate with Finance for accurate tax handling
