DOF Group is seeking a Compliance & Training Specialist to strengthen our Global Crewing team. You will ensure maritime regulatory compliance, maintain competence standards across the fleet, and support training initiatives.

Working with crew managers, course coordinators and HSEQ, you will implement compliance frameworks, audits, and process improvements, while guiding certification and competence requirements. Fluency in English and maritime knowledge are essential for success.
