What You'll do

  • Two-year Global Management Development Traineeship with exposure to international projects and senior management
  • Fast-paced and challenging program with close coaching and mentoring
  • Program stages:
  • 12 months as an Account Manager in your home country (Belgium)
  • months on an Operational Project in your home country (Brussels)
  • 6 months on a Strategic Project at the regional headquarters (Paris)
  • months on an International Strategic Project in another region
