About the Job

We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Global Learning & Development Partner to lead the design, implementation, and global rollout of an enterprise-wide AI Literacy Program. This role plays a critical part in building future-ready capabilities and advancing AI readiness across markets, while directly supporting the Global Head of Learning on key global Learning & Development (L&D) priorities.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with strong execution capabilities, driving impactful global learning initiatives at scale. You will collaborate closely with Technology teams, global learning functions, external vendors, and senior business stakeholders to embed AI literacy across roles, levels, and geographies while ensuring measurable business impact.
