Global Learning & Development Manager

Lindström in Helsinki is seeking a Manager, People Development to shape how learning happens across our global People & Culture team. This permanent role, preferably based at our head office in Helsinki, offers the chance to influence learning strategies across countries and collaborate across cultures.

You will build Lindström's learning ecosystem, create competence frameworks and learning paths, design practical solutions aligned with business needs, and own the LMS administration.
