Within the Medical Strategy, Transformation and Excellence team, the Medical Innovation function serves as the enterprise incubator for high-impact innovation across Medical Affairs. The team operates at the intersection of science, technology, and strategy — building future-state capabilities, testing breakthrough solutions, and partnering with GBUs and Digital teams to ensure innovation translates into measurable impact for patients and the business.
The **Global Lead, Health Ecosystem & Innovation** is the gateway through which the best of the external world enters Sanofi's Medical Innovation pipeline.
