Job Description

Pacific International Insurance in George, South Africa, is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver frontline technical support and ensure smooth operation of IT systems across Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

You will provide level 1 and basic level 2 support (onsite and remote), deploy and support hardware/software, maintain asset lifecycle records, and assist with software deployment, patching, security, and documentation. This is an on-site role with cross-country collaboration.
