Sonova Group seeks a Global Head of Intellectual Property to lead our enterprise IP strategy and governance across patents, trademarks, and copyrights. You will partner with R&D and senior leadership to integrate IP into technology planning, product roadmaps, and strategic decisions.

The role requires 15+ years of IP leadership, global patent experience, and a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and external counsel in a multinational technology and healthcare environment.
