Global Investment Banking - Private Capital Markets, Associate

The Associate role in the Private Capital Markets (“PCM”) team sits under the Asia Pacific (“APAC”) Equity Capital Markets team and is dedicated to helping . Morgan’s clients raise capital in the global private markets. Every transaction is bespoke and a big focus of the PCM team is to help private companies raise growth capital. Capital is sourced from a variety of sources including private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, alternative & credit investors, pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, and other institutional investors. You will get exposure to all sectors and markets across APAC, and engage in transactions across the capital structure from common equity transactions to more structured deals including convertibles and preference shares. You will be a key player in the execution of the firm's ECM business.
