**Job Summary**



+ Drive GIC Sales growth : Achieve an annual sales target through development and execution of strategic sales plans aligned with Home division priorities and providing accurate and detailed sales projections.

+ Cultivate and expand crucial customer relationships within 3M channel partners by forming strategic alliances and improving sell-in/sell-out success into these accounts.

+ Responsible for account negotiations. Resolves issues and conflicts related to GIC Channel Partners.

+ Manages MDF budget and initiates and approves projects to continuously improve efficiency and competitiveness.
