Global HRIS System Lead
Location
Remote or on-site (depending on location) – specifically Philippines, Ukraine, Uganda, Mexico
Position Description
The Global HRIS Lead will be the owner and strategic lead for BambooHR (BHR) across the organization's global workforce – with regional focuses in US/Territories (US), Asia-Pacific (APAC), Europe (EU), Africa (AF) and Latin American (LATAM). This role will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and scaling BHR to support core HR operations, data accuracy, reporting, and compliance across multiple countries.
This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Workforce Management, and external vendors to ensure BambooHR is fully leveraged, well-integrated, and aligned with business needs.
