  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices in accordance with TAFEP guidelines.

  • Handle confidential matters with discretion.

  • Creative in navigating dynamic landscape. Open minded. Team-playing with the ability to connect well with people. Able to multi-task, independent and dependable.

  • Must be willing to work in start-up environment.
