Drive global HR systems and digital transformation

Our client, an internationally operating company, is looking for a committed professional to further develop and manage its global HR systems landscape and to lead group-wide HR projects. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and actively contribute to the digital transformation of the HR function.




  • Managing, further developing and implementing HR systems and digital tools in an international environment

  • Supporting the standardization and optimization of global HR processes across the employee lifecycle

  • Coordinating and managing HR system rollouts across multiple countries and business units

  • Acting as a key interface between HR, IT, external service providers and key users

  • Supporting system configurations, testing activities and releases

  • Training and providing ongoing support to HR users and key users
