Job Description
IBM is looking for an HR professional in the Philippines to manage daily Human Resources tasks including recruitment and payroll processing. You will support clients' strategic priorities and help implement improvements to HR processes. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience in a BPO setting.
The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, basic computer literacy, and be amenable to working at night. ERP experience and strong organizational skills are preferred.
