Global HR Partner - Digital Americas & Global Revenue Operations

Job Description

We're hiring a Global HR Partner to support Digital Americas, Sales & Operations and Global RevOps – two critical engines of commercial performance and growth.

This is not a traditional HRBP role. You will partner directly with executive leaders to shape talent, organization, performance, and workforce decisions that enable growth, productivity, and long‑term capability building. You will also help embed a new global HR operating model, orchestrating across Centers of Excellence and Regional HR teams to deliver an integrated, scalable people strategy.

• Lead workforce planning aligned to growth, margin improvement, and go‑to‑market transformation
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to drive capacity, productivity, and cost trade‑offs
