Henkel Mexicana is seeking a Team Manager for HRDirect within our Global Business Services organization. You will lead a high-performing HR team, drive process excellence, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 while delivering excellent service across locations.

In this role, you will coach and develop HR professionals, manage KPIs, SLAs, and stakeholder partnerships, and promote continuous improvement with global process owners. Hybrid work model available.
