As our Global HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of HR topics, support both local and global initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Hire-to-Retire process design activities, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee changes and job changes.
  • Support Talent, Culture and Organization initiatives, including performance management, succession management, learning, leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
