Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive HR strategies and policies? As our HR Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a robust and up-to-date HR infrastructure that supports our business goals

In this role you will consolidate, monitor, integrate, implement, and report HR activities for work force management, organizational management, and management reporting to serve the Global HR team, HR community and the business. 

This role is hybrid with location Geleen NL. 

YOUR KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare, consolidate monthly-, quarterly- and annual management reporting for FTE development, actuals, budget, forecast and attrition to be able to monitor HR / business KPI’s. 
  • Analyze and prepare reports for organizational structure from the global HR system (HR Connect), identify gaps, recognize trends in reasoning of attrition and report exceptions per function and country.
