We are looking for a Global Head of Advanced Analytics who is Collaborative, Curious, and Impact-oriented to join our Integrated Insights team, based at our headquarter in Anderlecht, Brussels, Belgium.

About the role

You will lead UCB's global advanced analytics function and shape how data, advanced analytics, and AI are used to generate insights and support decision-making across the enterprise. You will help transform critical business questions into actionable insights that create value for patients and maximize the impact of UCB's assets. Leading our global Advanced Analytics Centre of Excellence, you will work across the full molecule lifecycle from late-stage development onwards, advancing UCB's capabilities in analytics, data science, and AI-enabled insight generation.
