Global Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of semiconductor process equipment at leading fabs.
• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment faults with speed and precision — minimising downtime on the fab floor.
• Work with Etch, Clean, and Deposition hardware; experience with HT Power Supply, Vacuum Modules, Plasma/RF, Gas Supplies, or Chiller/Cooling is a strong plus.
• Manage full equipment installation and de-installation cycles, taking ownership from kickoff to sign-off.
• Coordinate with international project teams and fab management on-site.
• Uphold EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards in a cleanroom environment at all times.
• Produce clear, accurate technical reports for every service visit and escalation.
