Job Description

The World Economic Forum is seeking an Event Management Specialist to coordinate and deliver operational activities across event operations, logistics, and delivery. You will ensure readiness, effective stakeholder coordination, and seamless onsite execution for global events.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in operations/logistics, experience with international events, and strong communication skills. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
