AXA Group Operations in Puchong, Malaysia is seeking an ESM Officer responsible for global level 2 support of Silva products. You will troubleshoot incidents, design catalog items, and deliver training to users.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in IT service management and strong knowledge of ITIL V4 and ServiceNow products. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
