Global EOR Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of EOR across project-based, operational, and analytical work, taking ownership of initiatives end to end and adapting as priorities shift.
• Reassess current ways of working and design, document, and continuously improve the processes, SOPs, and knowledge base that underpin EOR delivery across multiple countries.
• Build the operations framework and playbook for the function, defining clear roles, responsibilities, handoffs, timelines, and ways of working across internal teams and external partners.
• Identify and implement automations and workflows that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and support the function as volume grows.
• Consolidate and structure a multi-country EOR knowledge base, organising regulatory, operational, and market information to inform decisions and strengthen the function.
