Global EHS Director

Purpose of this position / Position summary

The Head of Global EHS defines and governs the global strategy for Environment, Health, and Safety across all manufacturing, design and supply chain sites. This role designs, implements and maintain an EHS/OHS management system as integral part of the VIS quality management system. That ensures compliance with international, federal, and local EHS regulations, drives continuous improvement in health and safety practices, and oversees material compliance and internal auditing to safeguard employees and the environment. The position collaborates closely with Business Unit and site EHS representatives, fosters a proactive safety culture, and leads international teams as a strategic partner to shape a safe, healthy, and sustainable global working environment.
