Job Description
The Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager reports directly to the Head Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
In this role you will adapt, deliver and scale global DE&I programs that use digital tools, data and artificial intelligence to increase inclusion, measure impact and inform strategic decisions.
Working closely with HR Business Partner teams, HR Centres of Excellence, Innovation and business leaders, and partnering with digital & technology teams this role translates DE&I strategy into practical, accessible measurable programs across regions, functions, and employee populations.
