Your Role

This role is for an experienced trading operations manager with automated trading and middle and back office experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading our US spot exchange operations (Alpaca Crypto LLC)
  • Leading our Bahamas spot and derivatives exchange operations (AlpacaX Crypto Limited)
  • Building and maintaining our internal trading desk

Things You Get To Do

  • Build and manage a globally distributed team of trade ops associates providing 24/5 service coverage
  • Directly engage with our customers, providing a world-class service
  • Review, identify, and resolve trade differences
  • Process trade corrections and cancellations
  • Inventory account reconciliation
  • Provide input into new procedures and processes as well as revisions to existing operations procedures and processes
