About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Global Data Research & Automation Specialist to support our efforts in identifying and mapping community associations worldwide. This role blends advanced research, data management, and AI-assisted automation to produce accurate, actionable insights. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable working with AI tools, automation platforms, and large-scale datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Global Data Research & Discovery

• Systematically identify community associations (HOAs, condominiums, co-ops) across multiple countries and regions.
• Utilize public records, registries, websites, government portals, and social platforms to source association data.
• Capture and maintain key details such as association name, location, website, contact information, management company, board contacts, and structural attributes.
