Job Description

TikTok is seeking a data center operations professional in Kouvola, Finland, to lead global O&M for hyperscale infrastructure. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of server fleets, coordinate remote and on-site teams, and respond to emergencies.

The role requires 3+ years in data center O&M, fluency in English and Chinese, and ability to drive standardized processes, KPI tracking and documentation across international partners.
