Job Overview

The main objectives of the Global Control Tower are to provide real-time visibility of transportation data, performance, trends, issues, and risks through the effective management and control of the service providers' reports and data to enable all BUs and the Global Supply Chain to understand, prioritize, resolve critical transportation issues, manage exceptions, mitigate business and customer impact. Proactive communication of transportation-related events, specific shipments impacted, and overall business impact to facilitate the decision-making process for unplanned events. The Global Control Tower Manager will be the focal point of contact for all service providers in shipment reporting, events monitoring, and managing service levels. RESPONSIBILITIES
