The Global Commodity Manager (GCM) will manage Lumentum mechanical components. This role is responsible for managing the supplier base and developing commodity strategy for sub commodities to be assgined. This key individual will understand all market aspects and be recognized as the global industry expert within Lumentum for the commodity portfolio. The GCM position is a focal point for Lumentum and is responsible for driving the adoption of commodity strategies into the engineering’s design and/or manufacturing objectives.
