Job Description

VCLS is seeking an experienced Head of Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) to drive the global CMC strategy across a diverse therapeutic portfolio. You will provide technical and leadership expertise across biologics, combination products, and cell and gene therapy programs.

The ideal candidate will possess significant CMC experience and manage a team of 5–10 staff to foster a high-performing culture. Responsibilities include defining strategies, regulatory oversight, and vendor management.
