IQVIA in Finland seeks an experienced Quality Management professional to join our Delivery Unit and sponsor teams. The role defines and implements the global Quality Plan, guides staff on GCP compliance, and supports risk management and corrective actions across designated units.

You will lead site-level oversight, collaborate with regional teams, and ensure inspections readiness. Fluency in English and Oncology experience are preferred; travel within the region may be required.
