**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
+ Experience in global category/commodity management.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ MBA or Master's degree in a Technical or Engineering field.
+ Knowledge of international requirements, currency, tax, codes, and logistics issues.
+ Excellent leadership and influencing skills.
+ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, translating to relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
