International SOS Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a customer service professional to manage cases with an Assist First, Verify Later approach and deliver high-quality service from 6am to 8.30pm on-site in Changi area.

You will respond to inbound requests, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with medical and operations teams to ensure continuity of service for members and clients. A Diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience are required.
