Provide global 1st- and 2nd-level support for Siemens NX and Teamcenter Analyze, classify and resolve incidents, errors and performance issues Support, maintain and further develop global CAD/PLM processes Create guidelines, best practices and technical documentation Support system updates, upgrades and global rollouts Support with customization and administration of Siemens NX and Teamcenter Train and support end users Contribute to global digitalization and standardization initiatives Ensure consistent templates and data management across all locations Profile & Requirements
