General Description

• Designs, implements and monitors human resource programs and policies, incorporating human resources information systems (HRIS/HR IT).
• Anticipates and plans for long-term human resources needs and trends designing solutions according with those requirements.
• Researches, analyzes, designs and maintains information systems in support of human resources administration and projects.
• Monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements.
• HR IT Country Process Expert.
• Leads and develops Direct reports and the greater HR community through the digitalization journey.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and drives automation projects.
