Lear Corporation in Spain is seeking a Program Manager for the BMW E-Systems program in Valls. You will lead global cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure scope, quality, timing and cost targets are met.

The role requires a technical bachelor's, 5+ years in program management and fluency in English and Spanish. German is a plus; MBA or electronics master studies are favourable.
