Job Description

Reckitt is seeking an IT&D Manager – Service Management (AIOps & Automation) to lead the end-to-end transformation of IT Operations into an AIOps-enabled model, driving governance, value realisation and adoption across IT&D and its partner ecosystem.

You will own the AIOps governance forum, define the journey stages, and collaborate with multiple vendors in a SIAM framework to deliver measurable reductions in MTTR and incident volumes while enabling autonomous operations.
