Job Description

Novartis seeks an Associate Director, Aggregate Reports & Risk Management, to shape patient safety on a global scale from Barcelona. You will oversee compliant AR&RM operations, focusing on metrics, scheduling, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration across geographies.

You will drive audits, CAPA, and improvement of processes, with AI-enabled tools, and mentor AR&RM staff while coordinating with Country Organisations and external partners. Hybrid work model in Barcelona is supported.
