Global Affiliate & Influencer Marketer (Travel/Tourism Industry)

My client is a stealth early-stage travel platform connecting travelers with local tour guides, currently pre-launch. This role is the first marketing hire — focused purely on customer acquisition through affiliates and creators.

There are no customers yet. You'd be building the affiliate/creator engine from zero, ahead of go-live.

Responsibilities

You'll build and run a network of travel affiliates and content creators who bring customers to the platform by promoting it to their own audience.

• Identify and recruit travel affiliates and influencers/creators.
• Design and propose a commission structure that works for both the affiliate and the platform (final terms agreed with the founder).
• Onboard and support partners — briefing, tracking links/codes, and ongoing relationship management.
