Responsibilities

• Measurement & Cutting: Measure, mark, and cut glass using manual or computerized glass cutters.
• Design & Tinting: Apply tints or create designs through etching, sandblasting, or painting.
• Scaffolding & Rigging: Assemble and dismantle scaffolds and hoisting equipment for elevated installations.
• Glass Installation: Fit and secure glass panes into frames using clips, points, or mouldings.
• Prefab Products: Install prefabricated glass, mirrors, and decorative products on various surfaces.
• Metal Fabrication: Build and fit metal frames or architectural metals for commercial/residential structures.
• Special Installations: Install skylights, stained glass, aquariums, showcases, and large glass panels.
• Repair & Maintenance: Replace broken glass, seals, and service aluminum doors or window structures.
• Customer Service: May involve preparing cost estimates for client.
