Job Description
. Development of new manufacturingprocessesand lean manufacturing practices
. Design tools and fixtures with AutoCADandCNC programming
. Operation of high tech Vacuum andSinterHIP furnaces, CNC and Precision Waterjet.
. Support the training of staff andlineoperators on manufacturing processes
. Deployment of design of Experimentandstatistical control for key processes
. Develop and execute processvalidationplans and proper documentation control
. Participate in cost reduction,qualityimprovement, safety awareness and other activities for continualimprovement
