- General Ledger & Month-End Close: Manage end-to-end general ledger operations, including accurate postings, reconciliations, and timely month/quarter/year-end closings in compliance with Ind AS/IFRS.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, consolidations, and management reports, providing analytical insights to support business decisions.
- Controls & Compliance: Maintain robust internal controls, ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and support internal and external audits.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Drive process optimization and automation initiatives, collaborating with IT to enhance ERP and reporting efficiency.
