Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for GIS projects
  • Draft and manage RFP, EOI, RFQ, tender, and empanelment documents
  • Create project documentation including: Scope of work (SoW), methodology & approach documents and concept notes and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal GIS and business teams for inputs
  • Ensure compliance with tender guidelines and submission timelines
  • Maintain proposal templates, case studies, and documentation records
