GIS Engineer

Location: Midlands | Full-time

About the Role

Our client is seeking a GIS Engineer (Mapping Executive) to join and assist their property teams responsible for supporting land acquisition, strategic infrastructure, property transactions and asset management across a significant national property portfolio. This role combines GIS, surveying, CAD and spatial data management with involvement in major land and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out GPS surveys and property boundary verification.
  • Prepare Land Registry compliant maps, contract maps and other legal mapping documentation.
  • Maintain and develop GIS databases and spatial datasets.
  • Produce CAD drawings and property mapping records.
  • Support land acquisition projects through mapping and site due diligence.
