- TAKE CARE DONE-DEMO. Educate parents' mindsets on their children's development and how Little Einsteins program could help them
- REFFERAL. Support current customers, building relationship, understand customer's needs and demands to get refferal customers
- RETENTION. Meet 100% teaching qualification in class, using student evaluation/assessment in consulting parents on re-enrolment
- LEARNING MATERIALS. Aggresively guide parents to teach kids at home and create revenue from goods.
- LESSON MANAGEMENT. Always teach accurately following lesson plan. Must prepare, learn by heart practice lessons of all levels one week advance, with self-recorded video submitted.
