USPI Crown Point Surgery Center ,  is seeking a motivated GI Tech FT  to join our team. Crown Point Surgery Center is a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families. 

NO call, weekends or holidays!! 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists in the care, maintenance, preparation and cleaning of equipment per manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Perform equipment safety checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly, per manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Provides assistance to nurses and physician during procedure per the nurses’ direction, including but not limited to collecting specimens.
  • Maintains stocked rooms and recognizes the need for reordering supplies. Assists purchaser with reordering needed supplies.
  • Transports and transfers patients and equipment using recommended body mechanics.
