Work you'll do
As a Lead Analyst supporting GFS, you will focus on following areas:
+ Review of Vendor Add/Change requests and updates to the Vendor record through the Master Data Governance (MDG) tool.
+ Contact the Vendor over the phone or through email, if necessary.
+ Obtain banking from vendors related to electronic payment rejects
+ Collection of Vendor W-9 forms and verification through the IRS TIN Matching program
+ Collection of Vendor W-8 forms, verification of accurate completion, annual review of form set to expire
+ Collection of appropriate information from Vendors for Extended Withholding purposes Examples: California (CA590), Puerto Rico, Pen...
