Mandate: Grow the Globe Fiber Prepaid business through maximizing customer value among existing subscribers – upsell, reload, retention, and loyaltyDuties and Responsibilities:
● CUSTOMER ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS
○ Drives weekly dashboarding and customer insighting
○ Drills down and performs complex exploratory studies to identify correlation of
business drivers & customer behavior (product experience, customer interests
and willingness to buy)
○ Integrating diverse and relevant information and dashboards to internal
departments to update market profiles and create game plans
● MARKETING OPERATIONS
○ Identifies pain points in current processes/customer touchpoints causing
complaints or churn and creates the game plan to address them, within product
capabilities and annual budget, which will result in lower churn
○ Continuous innovation to maximize opportunities identified in customer
