Customer Service Manager

Location: Saint‑Hubert, QC, Canada – on‑site, Monday to Friday.

Hours: Full‑time, day shift.

Day‑to‑day Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline Customer Service representative, providing comprehensive aftermarket support in an engine component repair environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for P&WC customers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the value stream (ITC, Information Technology, Quality, Operations, Engineering, Warranty, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and SIOP).
  • Interpret and fulfill customer requirements while balancing business objectives and cultivating strong, sustainable relationships.
  • Lead customer retention initiatives and support achievement of AMF performance objectives.
  • Manage customer accounts and work closely with ACS (Aerospace) Sales and Marketing teams.
